Letter To Our Patients
Amid growing concerns about the CoronaVirus pandemic, all of us at Moss Chiropractic and Wellness are committed to putting your health and safety first. We want to take a moment to update you on the measures we are taking to make your experience here a safe and productive visit.
First, we have received many calls asking if we are open. Yes, it’s OK to keep your appointments. We are still open regularly scheduled hours.
At Moss Chiropractic and Wellness, our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients. We are following guidelines from sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We are taking comprehensive measures to ensure that our office remains safe and ready to serve you and your families.
We want to take this opportunity to share more details about the changes our office has implemented effective immediately.
1. If you are feeling sick, call us first.
If you have a fever, cough, or have recently traveled call us and let us know. We want to make sure you and all of our patients are safe. Also, we are managing visitor access and movement within our facility. Therefore, we are limiting the number of visitors to the office. We are trying our best to limit the number of people in our office at any one time so we ask that you please limit the number of family members accompanying you. We may ask non- essential company members to stay in a waiting/lobby area if possible while we treat our patients.
2. Protecting you in the clinic-
We have always been dedicated to sanitizing every surface in the room but in light of the recent outbreaks, we are cleaning all surfaces with approved cleaning products with increased frequency and eliminating paper products such as magazines.
3. What can you do?
Work at Improving your immunity.
Stay on track with adjustments to keep the autonomic nervous system in balance. Evidence shows that people who receive regular Chiropractic adjustments report stronger immunity after beginning chiropractic care. Spinal adjustments increase White Blood Cells, our bodies defense against viruses. WBC actually attack and destroy invading viruses!
Consume adequate amounts of vitamin D. It is a major immune booster.
Add 30 to 60 minutes of extra sleep to the daily routine. Inadequate sleep depletes immunity.
Drink more water and remove sugary drinks and snacks from your diet. Sugar drains immunity.
And finally, move your body. Exercise increases lymphatic flow and provides significant immune benefits.
Your spinal and overall health is our first priority. We will always put our patients first and that commitment has never been more important. Our Chiropractic team is working hard to maintain a clean environment to support your health and safety. We will be providing more updates and more information as it becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns please call our office at
On behalf of our team, it is a privilege to serve you every day and we thank you for your continued trust and support.
Yours in Health,
Drs. Gabriella and Raymond Moss
