Lab Based Nutrition

Heart healthy food graphic
Lab Based Nutrition is a state-of-the-art evaluation of nutritional strengths and weaknesses using a science-based analysis of blood tests, urine, hair, and stool. The testing establishes a baseline of biomarkers which we use to track health and dietary needs.

The results of the testing tell a story about your health. Health issues can show up in the blood long before you have symptoms. In fact, you can have only a small percentage of your liver or kidney functions left and remain symptom free.

We are able to identify any imbalances, conditions you may have (major and minor) and specific problem areas that if left untreated may lead to poor health, create disease, or result in serious illness.

We will recommend an individualized diet plan, supplements and vitamins tailored specifically to support and enhance your health. As you move toward optimal health we will continue to monitor your progress and improvement.

How does it work?

Just like a finger print, your blood chemistries and metabolism are unique. Starting with a consultation, we determine what objective tests will be most beneficial to you. Combining tests results with other diagnostic tools, we are able to perform an in-depth analysis that outlines problem areas, minor and major conditions that if left untreated may lead to less than optimal health, serious illness, diseases and more.

Lab Based Nutrition solutions are based on scientific and objective testing including blood, urine and hair. The Lab Based Nutrition report provides individual, drug-free recommendations to promote optimum health based on imbalances and dysfunction identified from the test results and monitors your progress and improvement.
